Play it and just groove to its beat. Dancing helps tone your whole body up. What is great about this activity is that you can set the pace. You can start dancing to slow tunes and then progress to faster, more upbeat music. You can also randomly do bodily motions. You will be surprised of how much you are sweating after an hour.
3. Climbing up and down the stairs Stairs exercises are kind of elementary. But it does not squelch the fact that it is effective. Climb up and down the staircase. This tones your legs, thighs and your buttocks so they will look trimmer. Just be careful. You might get dizzy with all that climbing up and down.
4. Purchase instructional videos If you are at a loss as to what to do, purchase instructional videos. These are already downloadable. Also, there are those sold in the video market. Choose aerobics activities as they usually help you lose weight for a longer period of time. Plus, it does not require a lot of workout materials.
You can also squeeze in exercises after pregnancy. While watching television, sit straight and rest your back firmly on the back rest of the chair.
